Website and Service Description
These terms govern use of the public MinistryMe website. MinistryMe offers or plans to offer virtual business address, eligible mail-receipt, mail-notification, and mail-forwarding services for approved ministries and organizations. Service availability, address locations, acceptance criteria, handling methods, and features remain subject to the applicable enrollment process and written service agreement.
Monthly Price
The website currently describes a MinistryMe virtual-office membership priced at $100 per month. Unless a written service agreement states otherwise, that price does not include StartCHURCH services, government fees, actual postage, packages, expedited shipping, special handling, registered-agent services, professional advice, or future Ministry Business Credit services. Enrollment, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and usage charges will be controlled by the applicable service agreement.
StartCHURCH Services Are Separate
Ministry formation and filing fulfillment are provided separately by StartCHURCH. StartCHURCH is responsible for the scope, pricing, performance, eligibility requirements, agreements, and terms of the services it provides. MinistryMe’s $100 monthly virtual-office membership does not include StartCHURCH’s service fees unless an authorized written offer expressly states otherwise.

MinistryMe is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, bank, lender, credit bureau, credit-repair organization, government agency, registered agent, or tax-exempt-status approval service. Website content is general information and is not individualized legal, tax, credit, financial, accounting, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether to consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Address Eligibility and Acceptance
A customer must complete required identity verification, postal authorization, authorized-recipient, and service-approval steps before using an assigned MinistryMe address. A virtual address may not satisfy every requirement imposed by a bank, postal carrier, licensing authority, tax agency, secretary of state, court, grantor, payment provider, lender, credit bureau, or other institution. MinistryMe does not guarantee acceptance of the address or approval of any entity, account, filing, exemption, application, financing request, credit profile, or other result.
Mail Handling
Mail receipt and forwarding are subject to the customer’s service agreement, approved names and recipients, forwarding instructions, postal requirements, prohibited-item rules, storage limitations, payment status, and available service methods. MinistryMe may decline, return, hold, or otherwise handle items as required by law, postal rules, safety considerations, or the service agreement.
Ministry Business Credit
Ministry Business Credit is a potential future add-on and is not currently included in the MinistryMe membership. No future description should be understood as a guarantee of credit reporting, tradelines, score improvement, financing, funding, lender approval, or any other credit outcome.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this website or any MinistryMe service to misrepresent an organization, conceal unlawful conduct, evade identification requirements, receive prohibited materials, infringe rights, interfere with systems, or facilitate fraud, deception, money laundering, sanctions violations, credit manipulation, or other illegal activity.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks
The MinistryMe name, logo, design, text, graphics, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to MinistryMe and may not be copied, sold, or used to imply endorsement without written permission. StartCHURCH and any third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the applicable relationship or service.
Website Availability and Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MinistryMe disclaims implied warranties concerning the website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website information. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so applicable rights may vary.
