Who handles ministry formation and filing services?
StartCHURCH handles ministry formation and related filing fulfillment through its own team and service process. MinistryMe’s role is limited to the virtual address, receipt of eligible mail, and forwarding services.
Are StartCHURCH services included in the $100 monthly price?
No. The $100 monthly membership is paid to MinistryMe for virtual-office and mail-forwarding services. StartCHURCH services are separate and may involve their own pricing, agreement, eligibility requirements, and payment terms.
Can I use MinistryMe as my ministry’s business address?
Eligible clients may use an assigned MinistryMe address for approved business correspondence after completing identity verification, postal authorization, and account approval. A virtual address may not satisfy every banking, licensing, tax, registered-agent, lending, or government requirement.
What happens when my ministry receives mail?
MinistryMe records the mail for the appropriate account, notifies the client as provided in the service process, and forwards eligible items according to the account’s selected schedule and designated destination.
Is Ministry Business Credit available now?
No. Ministry Business Credit is a potential future add-on and is not included in the current $100 monthly plan. Any future offering would be separately described and would not guarantee credit reporting, a particular score, financing, funding, or approval.
Can the MinistryMe address serve as my registered-agent address?
Not automatically. Registered-agent service is a separate role with state-specific obligations. Do not list MinistryMe as a registered agent unless that service is expressly offered, approved, and documented for your organization.
